Living with gratitude has certainly changed my life and I hope it can make an impact on your life.

How it Started…


My journey of gratitude started years ago as a child when I was encouraged to say "thanks," or to send a thank-you as a way to show my appreciation to another. As an adult, I realize that gratitude is more than just saying thanks; gratitude can also be used to reflect on and discover your own blessings. Every day I use the letters of the alphabet as a way in which to remind myself of all the things, people and circumstances that I am grateful for. This daily habit of reflecting on my "Grateful ABC's" has increased my self-awareness, my self-esteem, and has made me a much happier and more fulfilled person.


I had a bracelet designed with the letters of the alphabet and I decided to call this bracelet the "Grateful Prayer Chain." This bracelet reminds me to set aside quiet time each day in order to reflect, meditate, and even pray about my blessings.

Introducing Gratefullyliving.com…


Just being aware of my blessings and not sharing them with others was not living as fully with gratitude as I wanted to; thus the website was born: Gratefullyliving.com.


I am very excited to share this website and the "Grateful Prayer ChainSM" with all who wish to participate, in the hopes to make all realize their own blessings and then be able to share those with someone else. Once you add your prayer of gratitude to the site, the prayer will be added to the existing prayer chain. During your subsequent visits to the website you will be able to find your prayer and then email the prayer to the person or place of your choice, thus inviting them to also be a part of the world's largest "Grateful Prayer ChainSM".
